This project began with a landscape design that can be easily seen in other cities. While a landscape for comfort and beauty can provide enjoyment in itself, our team discovered the need for a unique message specific to this city. We began to envision an art platform that could capture the city's distinctive voice. Now, this plan has evolved into a landmark that encompasses the entire community.
