I believe that our understanding of illusion and optical illusion is deeply rooted in the human imagination. Optical illusions are created instantaneously by the audience's perception and visual choices, and these choices sometimes have the power to define the object itself. 

In this project, I aimed to explore the depth and optical illusion created through audience interaction. By combining lines and faces, I sought to make people imagine that there is some space within the wall. The illusion of depth is generated by the audience's position and direction, with the perceived space appearing deeper or shallower as the audience clicks the mouse. This interactive element allows the viewer to become an active participant in the creation of the illusion, emphasizing the role of perception in shaping our understanding of reality.

Through this setup, I was able to invite the audience to create a deep space and feel momentarily connected to the wall. This connection between the audience and the artwork highlights the power of imagination and the ways in which our minds can construct and deconstruct the world around us. Ultimately, this project aims to encourage viewers to question their perceptions and explore the complex relationship between reality and illusion.
