Landscape Design
"The Drop" serves as a poignant symbol, encapsulating Kuwait's narrative of adventure, history, economic prosperity through oil, and the somber memories of war. This project is a thoughtful reinterpretation of Kuwait's identity and environment, aiming to express its civic and emotional roots. Conceived as a city oasis in the midst of the desert, "The Drop" harmonizes water, fire, and life, reflecting the diverse facets of Kuwait's story. It aspires to become a prominent tourist landmark, inviting both city residents and global visitors to collectively appreciate and engage with the multifaceted essence of Kuwait's history and character.

The project describes the mythical narrative of Jeju Island—the “rise myth” that “gods rose from the ground”—with a central structure symbolizing a tree, the gods, and nature. Roots (past), pillars (present), and branches (future) compose the “soaring” movement of the structure and expand technical construction and the cultural imagination.
WATCH MAN
Space Design
Located in a harbor embracing a seaport terminal and naval base, Watch man “greets” and “guards” people at the coastal front of the country. Watch man not only stands as a “lighthouse” that protects and leads the way but also stands as a symbol of a waiting heart and a cordial welcome.
